Logline: An innocent Irish lad comes to America to dig up his late Mother’s past in the dilapidated family home built by his great grandfather. While being spied upon and manipulated by known parties interested in buying the property, he falls for a beguiling young woman whose wealthy and eccentric family have a hidden agenda of their own.
Synopsis: An innocent, inexperienced, and modest 18 year old Irish country boy Josh, inherits a 100 year dilapidated house in Washington, DC. The house was built by his great grandfather, a suspected underworld leader in his day, who is rumored to have hidden a portion of his wealth somewhere on the property.
An unknown party is going to illegal lengths to acquire the house. The trust attorney, a local Priest, and even his Godfather back in Ireland, become pawns in the buyer’s efforts to get the house from Josh.
On his first day in America, Josh he meets Kathy, a beautiful 18 year old from a very wealthy, very eccentric family. He immediately becomes the target of their elaborate, no limits practical jokes. However, no matter how embarrassed or angry Josh becomes, he keeps coming back for more. There is a dark side to this family. Secrets they might kill to protect. They consider Josh a play toy of the rich. But in their effort to corrupt him, Josh begins having an affect on each of them.
